    I recently moved to Racine and I have been afraid to try a new Chinese restaurant. I knew that I would probably have to try a few before I found one that I liked. Decided to dive in and try Main Moon and I'm happy I did! The girl on the that took my order was very nice and polite. It took less time to get to us than she indicated. Luckily, we live about a mile away so the food arrived HOT.

    We ordered the crispy sesame chicken combo plate and general tso's. We also ordered an order of crab Rangoon. The Rangoons were the best I've had! My sesame chicken wasn't crispy at all, but it had a nice flavor. My partner also enjoyed his general tso's.

    Main Moon is a winner for us and we will certainly be ordering from there again!

    The last straw

    Placed a order at 8:00pm
    Estimated time delivery... possibly 40 mins

    Called at 9:10pm to confirm order was received
    And was assured driver was on his way

    Keep in mind I live less then 3/4s of a mile away

    Called again at 9:20pm this is now double original wait time

    Very rude when questioned so cancelled the order

    have not been reimbursed for meal since I paid in advance but it should be reimbursed
    Monday according to the manager/ phone rep I talked to on all 3 calls ,,,

    Last time I ever order here
    Food 2/5 not great to begin with, add poor customer service and very untimely deliveries

    This place used to be really good. Sadly with each order it seems to suck more and more. Food always comes soggy. I'm not sure if they changed ownership or what. Orders are wrong sometimes. I mean the one thing keeping it from one star is it come warm and comes quick. Other then those two things they are not worth while. Lots of way better places near by that also deliver

    I just got an order of chicken fried rice. It contained,literally, ONLY rice and chicken. In fairness there were probably about 10 onion pieces as well. But there was no egg, sprouts, peas or carrots. It's a shame, the flavor was pretty good but the complete lack of standard ingredients was unacceptable to me. Sadly I find this kind of "Chinese " food to be prevalent in racine and Wisconsin in general not sure if the food is being dumbed down for Midwestern palate (which shouldn't be needed) or all the really good Chinese cooks stay on the coasts. But this is not my first disappointing experience with main moon. They are always very friendly tho.

    Probably the best Chinese food in town. Love it, very consistent. My ONLY problem with them is that I really wish they had a smaller side order of steamed mixed veggies haha
